Description of Problem:	Finances. I am unemployed and receiving unemployment for the last year. My husband has Testicular cancer stage 3 and now unemployed. Not able to get disability and very little unemployment. Own nothing, no savings or investments of any kind anymore. Medi-Cal wants us to pay 1125.00 per month for share of cost since 11/07/2009. We just don't have the money to do anything anymore. I am behind on all my bills and now don't know where the rent is coming from next. We borrowed over $8000.00 from friends and family, no one left to ask for help. The government literally wants us in the street before we qualify for any assistance.
