Description of Problem:	My Son is in prison due for release in 7 mo.For 2 yrs now he has been suffering with severe pain in both elbows. The prison doctor misdiagnosed him and gave him cortisone shots which made his pain worse. He has finally been diagnosed correctly by a different doctor and needs surgery. We believe he will not receive treatment now that he will be out so soon but every min of every day he suffers badly.
