Description of Problem:	I am receiving inadequate care from my Primary Care Dr. I am desperate for a new. His anger at my requests for change scares me into submission. I depend on him for chronic pain management medication. He He refers me to Dr.s that only mirror his opinions and I must comply I am trapped by his demands to follow his choices. He has repeatedly proven himself inadequate. Has left a broken wrist for 6 months w/o care disbelieving my pain level. He has missed many diagnosis, is repeatedly inaccurate. I have Medicare, Medicaid but he thwarts my attempts for change.
